Yes, you can choose to have your mail forwarded by post to an address you provide. If you would prefer to receive digital scans first and the physical mail afterwards, we offer this option for €7.50 excluding VAT per shipment, plus postage. This gives you the flexibility to receive your mail in the way that suits you best.
No separate letter of consent is needed to register or change your business address with us. We provide an agreement that you can upload to the KvK website or take to your notary or KvK appointment. This document is sufficient to complete your change of address.
