Choose to pay monthly, every six months or once a year. All plans run for one year. Paying every six months or annually gives you a lower overall price, with the same one-off setup fee for every plan.

Have you made your choice? Great! We will guide you through the process step by step. On the sign-up page, all you need to do is enter the requested details, quickly and easily. As soon as you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation email from us almost immediately, explaining what additional details we need from you to prepare the agreement. Everything is straightforward and arranged within a few minutes!

Step 2: Confirmation and agreement

We check your details and prepare your agreement

Once we receive your application, we check your details and prepare your agreement. You can sign online, with no printing or scanning required.

Pay your invoice and complete the agreement

We send your invoice with the agreement. Once payment arrives, we countersign the agreement and email you a copy. Your business address is then ready to use.

Step 3: KvK registration and mail handling

KvK registration or changing your address

Use the signed agreement to register your business at our address with the KvK. If your business is already registered, you can submit a change of address through the KvK website or by post.
