MrKantoor includes weekly mail scans, so you receive your business mail digitally. Our plans also include a business registration address. When you apply, we assess whether your company is eligible for the service.
The annual plan costs €203.40 per year, equivalent to €16.95 per month, plus a €49.95 one-off setup fee. These amounts exclude VAT. Your business mail is scanned weekly and sent by email. Mail forwarding is available for an additional fee. You receive digital scans as standard and can have original documents forwarded when you need them.
