Examples to guide you — always describe your own situation:

I am a self-employed designer working from home. I do not want to share my home address with clients and suppliers. I would like to use MrKantoor’s address for my KVK registration and receive my business correspondence in one place.
I am moving into temporary accommodation and work at my clients’ premises. I do not want to use my home address for my business or change my business address every time I move. I therefore need a stable business registration address where I can receive mail.

Do you live or work outside the Netherlands? Please also explain why your business needs an address in the Netherlands. If you plan to use our workspace, tell us how you intend to use it.

Simply writing “for KVK registration” or “cheaper than an office” does not give us enough information. Describe your actual circumstances; we may ask you for more details.
