Why do you need a business registration address, and how will you use it? We need this information for our mandatory customer due diligence under the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft).

What should you include?

Tell us where you work, why you do not want to or cannot use your home or office address, and what you need our address for.

Examples to guide you — always describe your own situation:

I am a self-employed designer working from home. I do not want to share my home address with clients and suppliers. I would like to use MrKantoor’s address for my KVK registration and receive my business correspondence in one place.
I am moving into temporary accommodation and work at my clients’ premises. I do not want to use my home address for my business or change my business address every time I move. I therefore need a stable business registration address where I can receive mail.

Do you live or work outside the Netherlands? Please also explain why your business needs an address in the Netherlands. If you plan to use our workspace, tell us how you intend to use it.
