What is a business address provider, and when would you use one?
A business address provider offers an address for your company. A postal address is for receiving correspondence; a visiting address is where the business is actually based and must meet KvK requirements. An agreement covering only mail receipt does not automatically qualify the address for business registration. For shared premises, the KvK also considers how you use the space and the access provided by your agreement.

How does a postal address work?
We do not accept parcels. We keep original mail for 30 days, after which it is destroyed. Within this period, you can have your mail forwarded for an additional fee, including international shipments.
